Single Lesson
Each lesson will be broken up into four stages:
-Warm up (full stretch, bands)
-Throw (Long toss, specific build up for drills)
-Drills/Exercises (mound work, focusing on mechanics)
-Recovery (Post throwing routine)
4-8 Lesson Package
Each athlete will go through an evaluation on the first day, based on their throwing history. We will go over their goals and what they would like to improve on. Each athlete will receive individualized drills and mechanic work which will be recorded/ tracked to show progress. Depending on the time of year/ period in their seasons, bullpens will be added in to provide a game-like full speed experience. Each athlete will also receive a recovery program to use after they throw throughout the season to continue to keep their arm healthy.
